Biography

Founder of the firm, Thibault Stumm is a lawyer at the Paris and Geneva bars.

He began his legal career practicing criminal law, both in litigation and advisory roles, at the American firm Baker McKenzie, before joining McDermott Will & Emery.

He then continued his career at Lombard Baratelli & Associés, where he focused on defending individuals and corporations in matters involving white-collar crime, general criminal law, and tax criminal law, white-Collar Criminal Law, of general criminal law and tax criminal law, before founding Dantès Law in 2024.

He is also regularly involved in commercial Disputes, in inheritance litigation and has developed strong expertise in high-profile international cases.

In parallel, he has developed recognized expertise in art market law and sports litigation.

He is fluent in English.

Biography

After acquiring in-depth expertise and solid experience in renowned Parisian business law firms, Marion Stumm decided to establish her own firm in 2023.

This approach stems from her desire to continue supporting her clients through a close and personal relationship, and to provide a defense that combines humanity, rigor, and determination.

She practices in all areas of employment law and contributes to the development of HR strategies for a client base composed of French and international companies, works councils (CSE), as well as senior executive employees.

Marion Stumm is a board member of A.N.A.E.S., the French National Association of Employment Law Investigative Lawyers.

Marion Stumm also teaches employment law to Master’s students at the Catholic University of Lille.

She is also highly active within several think tanks and professional networks focused on the evolution of employment law and, more broadly, the world of work in France and beyond.

She also readily responds to media requests, always with the intention of sharing her analysis and reflections on the world of work and its emerging challenges.

As part of her ongoing commentary on the changing landscape of work and its new challenges, Marion Stumm regularly speaks in the media. She is a recurring guest on the podcast New Work City, hosted by journalist Julia Molkhou, where she provides in-depth analysis of the realities companies face on a daily basis.
